Imagine you are watching a movie on screen and you see, some T shirt of the hero and you start thinking of buying, where to buy, how to get, where to get money and so on! Technically the image of the T shirt has disturbed your mind. You forgot watching the movie. Thats how you are lost many times during your day. When you are lost, it is mostly like you lost control of yours and every time you are lost like this, you loose your energies! The energies that can make you create things, have knowledge about things, the energies that can make you do great things such as bringing ganga to the earth! You lost into thoughts about your neighbor, those who hate you, those who think negative about you but do you think they are useful to you or not! They are not useful to you at all. Like this your mind space is fully occupied by the junk thoughts and not at all useful to you in your life! So how to control those thoughts? How well and effectively you can manage your mind space?
